I can cater for parties up to 20 people for plated, elaborate meals, i.e. 2-3 starters, a main and a dessert, and up to 40 people for more simple 3-course, buffet-style meals.
Ideally you live up to 10 km from London W9 but don’t hesitate to get in touch to discuss your project, depending on the party size and budget I might be able to travel further out.
I currently have availabilities to cook for a local family on a weekly schedule. -
My cooking is mostly Mediterranean.
I use a diverse range of herbs, spices, home-made infused oils, nuts and seeds. Lemons and home-made stock are favourite staples too.
-
My cooking is influenced by my French background and trips to Southern Europe, especially Italy.
Ottolenghi recipes are an endless source of inspiration - your menu is very likely to contain at least one of his creations.
The food sections of the newspapers Le Monde and The New York Times are favourite reads, and I never miss an episode of the French radio programme “On va déguster”.
-
My signature dishes are mostly vegetarian and include risotto, pasta and stews.
I’m also partial to flavoursome, nourishing salads.
-
Cooking and a love of food runs in my French family.
Living in a small London flat I didn’t really have the opportunity to cook for larger parties - until I moved to a house with a big kitchen! For my 45th birthday I prepared a cold buffet-style lunch for 25 people (well, friends) with 15 different dishes. It was the first time that I cooked for such a large group and the experience gave me confidence that I was able to produce delicious meals on a larger scale.
More recently, I cooked brunch and a two-course plated dinner for a group of 16 ladies enjoying a pre-wedding weekend in Somerset. From planning to sourcing and cooking, I enjoyed every minute of it. Not only was it a success, but once again, it was a hugely satisfying experience.
The idea of offering private cooking services started to grow on me.
Earlier this year I embarked on a professional cooking course with the Leiths Online school to develop new skills and be able to expand my repertoire.
I look forward to demonstrating my new skills in the Leiths kitchen in October, and earning the full Leiths-accredited Essential Cooking Certificate.
