Cancellation policy

Consultations

  • Initial consultation

    • Cancellations made at least 48 hours ahead of the appointment: Full refund.

    • Cancellations made within 48 hours ahead of the appointment: 50% refund.

  • Follow-up consultation

    • Cancellations made at least 24 hours ahead of the appointment: Full refund.

    • Cancellations made within 24 hours ahead of the appointment: 50% refund.

Sugar Detox programme

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours ahead of the initial appointment: Full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours ahead of the initial appointment: 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours ahead of the first follow-up appointment: 30% refund.

  • Once the first follow-up appointment has taken place, the programme is no longer eligible for a refund. All appointments to be made within nine weeks of the initial appointment.
