Giving Back

When I started to practice in 2019, I offered my services for free for a few months in order to build my confidence, as well as explore the areas of nutritional therapy that would resonate most with me. I also had the chance to join the corporate wellbeing programme of the company I worked for, giving "mini" consultations to employees who wanted some tips and guidance in nutrition. My pro-bono work turned out to be extremely rewarding and I'm grateful to everyone who trusted me as new grad.

Whilst I’m no longer in a position to offer free appointments, I want to support charity work that's aligned with causes I care for. I've therefore pledged myself to support the charity Guts UK in 2022.

Guts UK is committed to fighting all digestive diseases, which include 34 conditions. It is the only UK charity funding research into the entire digestive tract. Collectively, digestive diseases are a factor in 1 in 8 deaths in the UK. Since 1971 Guts UK have funded almost 300 projects and invested nearly £16 million into medical research that leads to better diagnoses and treatments for people with digestive diseases.

Donation target reached for Guts UK

Thank you to my generous friends and former colleagues who helped me raised £375 for Guts UK ahead of the London Big Half Marathon 2022!
